OrangeCD Player - OrangeCD Player is a compact freeware program that allows you to listen audio CDs through your computer CD-ROM and audio card. The player supports FreeDB Internet database and integrates with music database software, so every time you play a new album, it downloads track titles and other information from Internet and automatically catalogs the album in your music database.

Other features include various playback modes, play lists, direct track access and disc position memory. Now, if you restart your computer frequently, you don't have to listen to the first song of the CD again and again.

Very good freeware!
Database columns are very useful. And, downloading jacket imege function surprises me.
If a function to export csv records is implemented, OrangeCD Player is perfectly fitted to my needs.

Not too hard

... to install, as long as you have Admin rights. Otherwise, Windows will whine
about the registry entries. That seems true for most programs these days.

The program worked as-is on installation, and you can't beat that.

A minor issue with the interface is that it's located with the devices and
resident programs, where I didn't quite expect it. That's probably more a
difference in design philosophies than a problem.
